Alexandra Hampton
Alexandra Hampton is a talented composer and producer born and raised in New Jersey. Alexandra began playing drums and piano at a young age. She continued her musical endeavors through high school and was finally awarded a $50,000 performance scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. During her senior year at Berklee, Alexandra was chosen to intern in London, England which enabled her to explore her passion for music a step further. Alexandra graduated in May 2009 with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Contemporary Writing and Production.
Alexandra’s music has been featured on several television networks including ABC, MTV, VH1, BRAVO, TLC and many more. She continues to expand her musical horizon by producing original downtempo, deep house, ambient music for various independent record labels around the World, including 4MPO/Warner Chappell and Lemongrass Music in Germany.
Alexandra’s musical expertise has given her the opportunity to work with many talented artists including drummer Derrick Mckenzie from the Grammy Award Winning band Jamiroquai.
